Renovation Process
Typically, we provide a non-obligatory site survey to assess and understand our clients’ requirements. During the survey, we will assess the existing condition of the unit and offer our clients practical advice on planning the renovation.
Following which, we will be able to provide a cost quotation encompassing the range of works required, while taking into account the specific budget and time constraints of each project.
We are familiar with HDB and BCA regulations and ensure that all our works are up to the relevant requirements.

HDB & BTO Renovation
We are experienced in all types of HDB remodelling projects – be it a complete overhaul of a resale HDB unit or the final finishes of a new BTO unit. We are a HDB registered renovation contractor and are well-versed in the application of necessary paperwork and permits required. Some of our popular services include:

For new condominium and landed units, we are also experienced in extensive demolition and erection works. We are happy to customise the design for your everyday use in a practical and cost-effective way.
Once everything is confirmed, our team will plan the renovation schedule properly so that every trade knows what to do and when to come in. We make sure the workflow is smooth and coordinated, plumber, carpenter, tiler, electrician all don’t clash. Everyone got their own timing, but all move together like one team. We also help our clients settle all the necessary paperwork, such as permits and approvals for HDB, BCA, or condo management, so they no need to worry about these small small things. From the first day we start work till the final handover, our project manager will always keep in touch with you, updating on progress, photos, or any changes needed along the way.
